Rogue, a class already with the highest number of options, gifted with players that discovered countless tricks (such as expose armor through blind, sap->CS without breaking sap to get 5 combo points), really benefits from the increased micro in TBC about wow gold. The 1 second global CD is a huge advantage at high level plays when both classes must use their full arsenal.
The best 1v1/world PVP/BG/2v2 arena builds. You can nuke casters with 5CP ambush into 5CP cb evis, or you can DOT kite heavy armor with garrote/shiv/rupture for 3000+. Prep gives you the extra cooldowns you need against certain classes with racial advantages. The weakness of this build is obvious when you are in a 5v5 arena fight against a team with 2+ healers. Like all subtlety specs, it has pathetic sustained damage about wow gold. However, there is simply no better solo build about wow gold.
There is no such thing as too much stamina/resilience. The strongest PVP characters are not the ones that can hit hardest, it is ones that are hardest to kill. Prep rogues are already among the most durable characters with cloak of shadow against casters, two evasions against melee, and a plethora of stuns/CCs, not to mention two vanishes. When you get yourself a 9K HP pool and 200+ resilience, you become a nightmare for your opponent about cheap wow gold. AP wins damage meters, but it is stamina and resilience that wins high level PVP encounters, 1v1 or 5v5 you name it about cheap wow gold.
So, get the 18 stamina 5 stun resist head Meta slot, use the 12 stamina gem (even if color does not match) in sockets that have poor socket bonuses, enchant everything with stamina. Never allow any one of your non-trinket/weapon slots to have no stamina, and when you accumulate enough honor/arena points for PVP/gladiator armor, never allow any one of your slots to have no resilience. Resilience greatly reduces your enemys burst damage, and burst damage is what wins PVP encounters.
