A top warrior will never allow a restealth, but you will want to get some energy back before you start evasion tanking him. During evasion tanking, try to use a 2 CP kidney shot right before he is about to overpower and bait his PVP trinket. Use sprint during evasion for easier positioning. Start in defensive stance, while garrote and rupture both ignore armor, you take a big discount if you are in defensive stance compared to berserker stance about wow gold.
1) Use a slow one hand + shield to overpower in battle stance, and then switch back to defensive stance right after overpower about wow gold. Spam shield block and you will mitigate a lot of his damage. Demoralizing shout and thunder clap also helps a lot. This only works if you have extreme stamina/resilience yourself, and a very good one hander that can overpower like a truck. Once evasion is over switch back to your 2 hand, a 40% warrior with life gem left can easily beat a 100% rogue if the rogue has no CDs left about wow gold.
2) Fear the rogue and MS him immediately, try to get behind him and your white hit may ignore his dodge/parry if he does not turn around fast enough. This is the same way I deal with other rogues in 5v5 when they pop evasion, blind -> immediate kidney shot. Never, ever try to bandage after you fear, it is plain embarrassing when I trinket and hit you out of it, use the fear to MS during evasion about wow gold.
If you have a lot of rage, and the rogue is trying to play 5-8 to gain energy, make sure he is affected by piercing howl, trinket his snare and jump back intercept, it is potentially GG if you crit one of these attacks about cheap wow gold.
